My reason for emailing is regarding the planning application(…) for a change of use. Residents living in the block which would be most affected are very concerned that the application by Buzz Gym deviates substantially from the original use and that the proposed gym would have a substantial material impact on the day to day living and sleep of those surrounded by the noise and lights.
